Mix up the excitement and recruit a workout buddy to finish this challenge with you! You can help them as much as they can help you. A little competition (friendly competition) will push both participants. If you are a little ahead, catch them up and lead by example. Adding some accountability never hurt. Most importantly this is fun…encourage one more set….pretend like Brad Pitt is training you…or have a dance break dance-off!

Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!

4.) push ups
