Last week, we were telling you to grab some ankle weights and add a little extra pizazz to your workout. This week, I’m telling you to strap some booties around your ankles. Give your feet a little break and show off those legs you are working so hard to tone!

For everyone who loves their boyfriend denim pants, these are the perfect shoe to dress it up or add that masculine, feminine look. It almost brings the “girl next door” look back, but with a grown up sense. Grab your favorite vintage t-shirt, three-quarter length baseball tee, or a plain shirt and grab a statement/bauble necklace.

Keep your color scheme simple and let that jewelry do the talking…along with the extra height the bootie gives you!

For a chic look, get a leopard print bootie and pair it with either dark denim, black, or purple pant. Match the bootie with an animal print scarf with the same colors and keep the top simple (a knit, tan or cream v-neck sweater).
