I’ve decided to share a part of my journey with you.  In August of 2011, I gave birth to my second child, Parker Scott.  I had only had Lena 17 months before and my body was paying the price.  I hit a plateau after Lena (165 lbs), and by the time Parker made his appearance, the scales tipped around 190.  To be honest, at that point I stopped looking.

I was excited to see at my 6 week check up that all the weight gained with Parker (the 40 or so on top of my plateau weight of 165) had melted.  That excitement quickly diminished when I realized that I was, again, stuck at pesky 165.  I won’t even go into my lack of energy, or the postpartum period I was trying to deal with while caring for a newborn and a small toddler.  I was exhausted, fighting off cluster headaches, depressed, and disgusted with myself.

I heard about Zija, this nutritional supplement, through friends and family.  After months of research, I decided to give it a shot.  Nothing else seemed to be working at the time, why not.  I couldn’t be happier with the results I have gotten.  One simple drink turned my life right side up.  I have always been skeptical of any weight program.  I believe in taking care of one’s body.  What I have discovered, however, is that there are things out there that work when you implement and commit to them properly.

Don’t settle for the unhappy you.  Get up today and make a change, be it through exercise, eating right, reading more.  Always do your research before you start any new program and discuss with a health professional.  It’s NOT about being skinny.  It’s about being the best YOU that you can be.  Happiness is the key here!!

**Zija is not a drug.  It does not make claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent.  Results may vary.
