I attended a pre-natal yoga class last night at You Do Yoga in Anderson and it was wonderful! I have taken yoga in the past, but not since I’ve been pregnant. It was extremely relaxing and it involved several different stretching exercises. It is designed to keep your body flexible and strong during pregnancy and childbirth. A tremendous amount of the class focused on breathing, which was very beneficial for me. It is exactly what I need now and what I will need in the weeks to come. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and I can’t wait to go back!

The only reason I started going to this class is because I purchased a Groupon for this studio about a month ago. They had a wonderful deal of 25 classes for $25. So if they run that special again, I would highly suggest it. They offer several different types of yoga and they even have a second location in downtown Cincinnati. If anyone knows of any other yoga studios that offer pre-natal yoga, please let me know. I would love to take pre-natal yoga more often.
