LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

My husband and I are late night snackers. That is the pitfall we have to overcome while trying to lose some of our “extra love.” Others have the issue of just getting to the gym; ours is not wasting what we did at the gym on easy, fattening snacks and meals!

One of our latest finds is the smoothie. If you have seen my Instagram page, you would know I have fallen (just a little) in love with them. So, when Skinny Mom asked me to test this one out I was immediately on board!

The Kiwi Banana Smoothie is the perfect blend of sweet and tart. The banana provides the ideal base while the kiwi and Greek yogurt lend the perfect amount of tart for any palate. And it is SO easy to make! I was able to whip this together in less than five minutes. Total.

Perfect reward for kicking our butts at the gym! Low fat, low carbs and still feels like I’m getting a treat! Alright in my kitchen for sure!

Ingredients used for the review:

• 6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
• 1 kiwi, chopped
• 1 banana
• ½ cup crushed ice
• 2 packets Stevia
