Skinny suppers are our specialty. We love creating recipes that are delicious, convenient and are smarter options for you and your family. Some even say they’re better than the versions you’d order at a restaurant or get as takeout! Don’t believe us? Check out these recipes our Resident Moms swear by.

“My favorite Skinny Mom recipe is Tortilla Chicken Soup. Being that we live in Ohio, we get some cold winter days and this soup is always our first choice as far as warm meals go. I love that it’s such a low maintenance recipe that can be prepared fairly quickly, as well cook throughout the day, leaving a yummy smell throughout the house. Not to mention, it tastes just as good (if not better) the next day!” — Nicole Leslie

“I make the Skinny Beef Picadillo recipe often. It’s nice and filling after a long day… and it definitely doesn’t taste like ‘diet food!'” — Jessica Cheek

“My favorite Skinny Mom recipe is the Chicken Teriyaki. I love that it tastes even better than takeout, it isn’t super complicated and is still healthy. My family loves it, too! You can’t ask for more when it comes to cooking dinner.” — Nicole Zern

“I love the Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers. It’s so delicious! I love the crunchiness of the pepper and then the mushrooms and onions sautéed tastes amazingly good! And the gooey provolone once you melt it in the oven is so so good!” — Jessica Keipper

“There are so many great Skinny Mom recipes, it’s hard to narrow it down to my favorite. That said, one recipe that is in constant rotation on our menu is the BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with Jalapeño Avocado Spread. The tangy chicken mixed with the creamy avocado is a perfect combo! And the jalapeños give it just the right amount of heat. The Crockpot® makes this a great weeknight meal. We like to nosh on our BBQ chicken on whole-wheat slider buns with a side of fruit or veggies.” — Julie Davis

“So far, the Slow Cooker Skinny Chicken Pot Pie recipe is my favorite. I double up on the mixed veggies and we eat every last bite; my kids really loved it! Seriously, this dish ruined those frozen ones for them.” — Julia McClelland
