I don’t know about y’all, but green smoothies are my lifeline sometimes. They’re easy, quick and portable, a necessity for my crazy days — plus, they’re super healthy. I use their recipes all the time, but I’d have to say that my favorite is one from their new book! The Fit Fuel Smoothie uses bananas and coconut oil to provide energy for my body to easily burn during and after workouts. When I’m hungry before a workout, I pop the ingredients in the blender and pour it into a to-go cup on my way to the gym.
