One of the perks of working in downtown Cincinnati is getting to walk around the city and try out new restaurants. One of my favorite lunch spots, so far, is called Total Juice. They serve up amazing healthy wraps, juices, and smoothies. I recently tried out their California Roll Wrap, and I immediately knew that I needed to come up with a similar recipe for home. I added a few extra veggies and swapped out the white rice that they serve for brown rice. It was just as tasty! This is a must try recipe for lunch or dinner. Plus, it is so healthy that you can eat more then one serving.
