Burpees! Get your heart rate pumping with 3 sets of 10

Pushups, Drop down and give us 3 sets of 10

Step-Ups, Find a small stool or bench and do 3 sets of 10 on both legs

Squats, Grab a can of soup or a wine bottle to add some extra weight and do 3 sets of 25

Bicycle Crunch, Hit the floor for some abdominal work and do 3 sets of 30
