Skinny Strawberry Pie

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 oz box Jell-O® Cheesecake Fat-Free/Sugar-Free Pudding Dessert
  • ¾ cup sugar-free strawberry glaze
  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced in half
  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz container Cool Whip® Free topping
  • 1 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, add skim milk to jello sugar-free fat-free cheesecake flavored pudding and whisk for 2 minutes until pudding thickens. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Fold Cool Whip® free into pudding.
  3. Add cheesecake and cool whip mixture to bottom of reduced-fat graham cracker crust.
  4. In a separate medium size bowl, mix sugar-free strawberry glaze and strawberries.
  5. Top cheesecake and cool whip layer with the strawberries and glaze.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
