This is our Skinny Swap on the full fat version that you could pick up at a fast food drive-through and you will save 150 calories and 15 grams of fat. I have replaced the english muffin with a Thomas Brand light english muffin that is loaded with fiber. I swapped out the full fat sausage for a turkey sausage patty and topped it with a thin slice of Sargento reduced-fat cheese. I like to add a little Smuckers All-Natural Jelly on top for a little sweetness but that is completely optional. You can cook this in less than 3 minutes and be out the door and on your way. Enjoy!
