Ditching the rice has never been so tasty! You all know I'm a huge fan of spaghetti squash as a pasta replacement, but this recipe lets it stand in for rice and the results are low-carb deliciousness! This side dish or vegetarian main dish is so easy to make and change up! Baby carrots and cabbage bring crunch to the dish, but you could add in any of your favorite Asian veggies. Want to add a little more protein... just throw some chicken, lean beef, or shrimp on top, and your meal is complete!
